In a piece of work recently completed for Waterstone Homes, we delivered a set of high quality CGIs as well as a 360 virtual reality flythrough for the Samsung Gear VR headset, enabling potential buyers to experience the various spaces in the apartments. Alongside a traditional printed sales brochure, prominent site signage, and a focussed PR and social media campaign, these visual assets have assisted Waterstone Homes in selling all but one of the 14 apartments long before the build is completed.
