We were approached by Fusion Homes to produce a selection of external marketing material for their new community in Canada. The beautiful five phase development required visualisation by iCreate in order to assist with off plan sales.
iCreate produced external animations and CGI’s of all five phases for The Metalworks Development. The visuals required extensive modelling due to the development comprising five high rise buildings including a refurbished heritage building. With the use of our visuals, potential buyers were able to view what their new home would look like before the development had started.
