Cardiff Living required iCreate to bring to life their new community living development in Cardiff, which effectively displayed the attractive eco-amenities of the new apartments on offer. The accommodation at Addison House was to be marketed to those with changing living conditions, particularly the elderly.
iCreate provided an outstanding range of visuals for Addison House. Including a set of external and internal CGIs, with an external flythrough animation. Due to the nature of the development, our interior design had to relate to a carbon-neutral lifestyle along with speaking to the aspirations of the typical purchasers being over the age of 55; which we effectively presented.
