We were approached by our client to assist them with selling this dream home to a potential buyer, off plan.

The home will be nestled in the hillside of a 12.5 acre plot situated within the boundary of the
picturesque village of Westmill, Hertfordshire.

iCreate produced a set of highly bespoke CGIs along with a flythrough animation, showing how amazing this one-off home will be once construction is completed. Working very closely with the client/interior designer, we were able to deliver the clients exquisite vision along with constructing their concept of a buyer’s dream home.
