The dynamic development of The Barnyard was an exciting project to work on. Our client, ‘Cooper & Cole’, were in need of a securing off plan sales for three gorgeous barns. Our client was adamant on showcasing the development’s unbeatable character through our visuals and we made sure to show off the high spec finishes in all of our collateral.

iCreate delivered a set of still CGIs to showcase the meticulously designed barns on offer, along with the sales and marketing brochure which was given out to potential purchasers when they expressed interest.  We’re pleased to announce that all three barns were reserved off plan!
