We were approached to produce a selection of CGIs, animation & brochure for the amazing, new scheme of Cheslyn Park. Nestled within the Staffordshire countryside, our client required visuals to showcase the bountiful amount of amenities on offer; in hopes of securing off-plan sales.
iCreate successfully delivered CGIs of each house type, along with an exterior flyaround animation and two interior flythrough animations. These visuals allow potential purchasers to explore their possible future home, prior to visiting any physical show homes! To support the aim of off-plan sales further, we created a sales brochure that encapsulates the characteristics of Cheslyn Park; this truly displaying the quality build that is sure to attract purchasers.
