Croudace Homes required iCreate to produce visuals of their exclusive new development, Firethorn Place, comprising of 3,4 and 5 bed homes. The goal was to bring to life the development in order to generate enquiries,
interest and then eventually off-plan sales.

We produced a set of external CGIs and an animation showcasing the whole site of 49 new homes. Our highly detailed visuals were produced and delivered in time for their development launch date. These were then used in promotional marketing materials online to generate interest and enquiries to this spectacular scheme.
