Frost & Co approached us to showcase their upcoming, seafront development, Radcliffe Court. A gorgeous, modern scheme of 26 luxury apartments required visualisation to assist in off-plan sales. Due to the prime location of the development, our client wished to include CGI-montaged drone footage. They were in need of a comprehensive package that showcased the fantastic apartments to their full potential.

iCreate produced an advanced marketing package for Frost & Co’s upcoming development, Radcliffe Court. Overall, we delivered three internal walkthrough animations with a package of highly realistic CGIs and an external animation that incorporated the outstanding seaside views with drone footage.
