Our loyal client, Westacres, approached us for an extensive package to support off-plan sales, for this fantastic new opportunity. The gorgeous new scheme, in Upper Killay, required visuals that truly represented the exclusive living that is on offer. With the ultimate aim to sell all homes off-plan, Westacres understood the importance of iCreate’s prop-tech.

External Flyaround Animation

iCreate successfully delivered a comprehensive package of external and internal CGIs; with an external flyaround animation and internal walkthrough tour of one house type. Our team also designed the sales/marketing brochure. These deliverables were carefully produced, with regular contact to our client, to ensure we effectively showcased Gower Heights to it’s true, proposed identity.
