THE OPPORTUNITY

Greenmeadow Gardens is an exciting new development, within the gorgeous capital of Wales. This project is in an exclusive area with a gated community of five homes. Due to the high standard of the homes, our client wished for supporting CGIs, which reflected the luxurious sense of the community. The goal was to gain reservations for all 5 homes off-plan which was achieved within two months of release.

THE SOLUTION

iCreate proudly produced a fruitful marketing package to assist with the off-plan sales. ‘Our client wished to take advantage of our prop-tech services and we delivered an online 360 interactive experience for one of the typical homes on offer. Alongside a set of external & internal CGIs, we delivered the design and print of the sales brochure; which were used to secure 5 successful reservations for each property, off-plan!
