Our loyal client, Short Bros Homes, required a stunning marketing package for their new development in Mynydd y Carreg. The gorgeous development called for superb marketing collateral to aim for off plan sales, on all 25 plots.

Internal Walkthrough

iCreate successfully delivered an extensive range of prop-tech, including an external animation & CGIs, internal animation & CGIs and a 360 VR tour. These show-stopper visuals allowed Short Bros Homes to secure all but one plot off-plan within 5 months! With the use of our interactive materials, potential customers were able to explore their new home before a brick was laid.
