The opportunity to produce visuals for this luxurious home, was presented to iCreate. The 10,000 sqft² home, based in affluent Surrey, was in need of an extensive 3D marketing package.

This was to be used to present the opportunity of securing an off-plan sale to potential purchasers.

The team at iCreate successfully delivered a comprehensive 3D marketing package for the bespoke home; consisting of a 360 Interactive VR experience, alongside highly opulent interior and exterior still CGIs. Our deliverables were featured in the marketing brochure and online listings for the new home. This resulting in the prosperous property earning an off-plan reservation, only a few months post-launch.
