Lingfield Gardens

Our client, Obsidian Homes, was in need of an extensive marketing package to showcase these stunning new homes. To be built within an idyllic area of Pembrokeshire; off-plan sales are the goal, especially with the high-quality of life on offer. Overall, we produced an array of prop-tech to support the marketing of this new scheme. A dedicated development website was created which holds all the information required for potential purchasers to make that all important decision. Alongside this, a PDF brochure with inserts was completed; perfect for individuals to understand the house types further. Ultimately, 78% of homes have already sold off plan, with 15 selling in the first 3 weeks.
