Comer Homes required a comprehensive package to launch the first phase of their fantastic Newland Park development in Chalfont St Giles.
The delivery of our prop-tech package was greatly important as Comer Homes decided to go to market without any physical show or view homes, which was a first for them.
Our main goal was to be able to provide potential buyers with a clear vision and understand the completed development and new homes, giving them confidence to purchase off-plan.
With a large, press-covered launch upcoming, our client was dependent on us achieving their tight deadline whilst maintaining our high quality standard.
Our highly bespoke marketing package for Newland Park consisted of still CGIs, interactive 360 tours along with several walkthrough animations. These played a vital role at the launch event and in the sales and marketing suite.
The iCreate team were meticulous during the production process; as we understood the importance of the marketing collateral for this first release of the new homes.
We teamed up with Promultis to encapsulate and show off the range of highly engaging content that we produced.
Within the marketing suite there was a multi user touch screen table for several visitors to explore in tandem, for this new flagship development, well before being built.
Overall, Comer Homes launched their marketing campaign successfully thanks to our indulgent package and giving buyers everything they required to make that all important decision.
