Porters Places

Our client required a luxurious marketing package for their new development, on Barbados’ platinum coast.  This gorgeous scheme consisting of 21 tranquil villas was aiming to generate expressions of global interest and off-plan sales, with the help of iCreate’s visuals. Overall, iCreate produced an external flyaround animation, internal walkthrough tour of a single villa type for the Caribbean development. To showcase the spectacular location of this development, we used drone footage to montage in the proposed scheme. This allowing potential purchasers to view the luxurious location of Porters Place.
