iCreate were approached by Connect UK to visualise their upcoming scheme of 26 villas, in Saint Lucy, Barbados. Our goal was to provide potential buyers, from around the world, with a truly extraordinary visual experience - a divine vision that would capture their imaginations and inspire them to consider making one of these villas their own, before construction begins

Our client had secured planning permission for a development of twelve properties and was about to start on site. However, a show home would not be ready for many months, and the sales team were keen to start the marketing and sales process at the right time of year to generate maximum interest. The quality of the specification would be a cut above what others were offering it would be important to convey the quality of the details, and the extraordinary location needed to be emphasised. This development also differed from some of their previous projects because they were targeting an audience from further afield, possibly even as second homes.
