Our client was looking to achieve planning permission for an annexe, at their existing property. We were approached to produce a selection of photomontages that visually demonstrated the completed building and its effect on the surrounding landscape, for the LPA to clearly understand the proposed design. iCreate produced an accurate model of the proposed annexe, according to architectural plans. We then montaged this into the existing landscape; accurately visualising the completed annexe, in situ. These visuals were perfect for our client’s planning application.
