Development of twelve properties at Llys Glasfryn, St Davids was about to start. However, with no physical showhome on site, it made selling the properties off-plan very difficult. The client wanted to demonstrate to potential buyers the quality of the homes on offer and secure sales before development had finished.

We delivered a full property marketing package to the development to enhance their chances of selling to prospective buyers. We started by identifying the ideal buyer, in order to create a brand and a visual approach. iCreate produced a fully architectural representation of the properties in 3D and created flythroughs as well as a virtual reality experience for the sales office.
