The Haven

Croudace Homes required iCreate to produce visuals of their exclusive new development, comprising 3,4 and 5 bed homes.  The goal was to bring to life the development in order to generate enquiries, interest and then eventually off-plan sales.

The result was a set of show stopping external CGIs and an animation showcasing the whole scheme of 30 units. The beautiful visuals were produced and delivered in time for the show home launch date. They were then promoted on Croudace Homes’ website and social media, in order to generate enquiries and attract interest in this fantastic new development.
