We were approached by a London Developer to bring to life their upcoming scheme of nine villas, on the West Coast of Barbados. Our goal was to provide a clear vision for purchasers that may be enquiring from across the globe.

Overall, we produced a selection of high quality animations for the two villa types, along with a selection of CGIs and colourised floorplans for The Ivy, Barbados. Our team worked collaboratively with the interior designer and client to ensure we accurately replicated their bespoke interior specification. iCreate’s CGIs give buyers the confidence and reassurance needed to purchase an overseas property off-plan.
