Our client, Pobl, required support in launching the planning for 84 new homes, at the prior ‘Townhill Campus’.The goal was to showcase the fantastic opportunity of these quality-built homes and ease public confusion; with some Swansea locals questioning the effect on the surrounding environment. Overall, iCreate successfully assisted in commencing the planning applications for Pobl’s Townhill Campus development. Over a couple months, we worked closely with the developers to create a set of external CGIs that would also feature in the public exhibition event. We arranged and attended the event, whilst also promoting it on social media.
