Our client Hale Homes has sold 7 out of 11 houses off-plan thanks to CGI

Hale Homes has sold 7 out of the 11 homes in Phase 1 of their launch.

Prince’s Wharf is a new development of 23 three and four bedroom town houses located in the comfortable and convenient SA1 area of Swansea. It is a small development in a growing residential area, a location perfect for those who want to experience a busy lifestyle with access to the coastal and city elements that Swansea has to offer.

iCreate was involved in assisting Hale Homes with the initial planning permission process for their new development in Langdon Road. We delivered a set of external CGIs to assist the local planning department to visualise and clearly understand our client’s proposals.

iCreate was then commissioned to deliver a full marketing package which consisted of house type CGIs along with a selection of typical aerial and streetscene views. We also produced an interactive internal walkthrough and a Virtual Reality experience showcasing the internal layout and high specification for one house type. This package was crucial in the client securing off-plan sales whilst early building works was being undertaken on site.

These 3D visuals assisted in successfully communicating the benefits that come with living in these new homes- giving potential buyers the opportunity to walk through the rooms, providing a clear vision of the completed build, and all the details they need about what their new home will look like. 3D visualisation, especially VR, allowed Hale Homes to deliver a memorable experience to potential buyers, helping them fully understand the product, giving them the all important confidence to make such a large financial decision.

Not only did Hale Homes benefit massively from these 3D visualisations, but they secured sales without a show home being built, despite it being in the plan.
