THE OPPORTUNITY

The development had secured planning permission for 15 properties and was about to start building on site.  However, they did not have a show home built and it would be months before this was in place.  The sales team wanted to make an immediate impact and sell as many homes off-plan as possible.

Our client wanted to convey the impeccable quality of the homes before the development commenced. 

THE SOLUTION

iCreate produced a complete development marketing package to provide potential buyers with everything they would need in order to buy off plan.

Full 3D models were created of the homes including the interior, visualising every detail of the high spec properties.  We delivered a VR package to be used in the sales office which was able to immerse potential buyers in their new home before a single brick was laid. This type of Off-Plan Architectural Visualisation really has a powerful impact and is an important selling tool for property developers.
