Our client had secured planning permission for a development of twelve properties and was about to start on site. However, a show home would not be ready for many months, and the sales team were keen to start the marketing and sales process at the right time of year to generate maximum interest.
The quality of the specification would be a cut above what others were offering it would be important to convey the quality of the details, and the extraordinary location needed to be emphasised. This development also differed from some of their previous projects because they were targetting an audience from further afield, possibly even as second homes.
iCreate delivered a complete property development marketing package to provide prospective buyers with everything they would need in order to buy off plan. We started by gaining a clear understanding of the ideal buyer, in order to create a brand and a visual approach.
A fully furnished 3D model was created of one house type interior, visualising every detail of the high specification. Care was taken to deliver an emotionally engaging experience through the 3D flythrough animation. A Virtual Reality Headset was provided for the sales suite, enabling buyers to be transported inside their future home and experience it in a powerful and immersive way. An online 360 experience was also created to be used on their website, to immerse potential customers in the comfort of their own home.
