On both developments the material produced by iCreate has been our main marketing tool and helped people be more confident in the developments resulting in 15 apartments being reserved off plan for Langland Bay Manor, and 20 from Phase 1 release for The Moorings at SA1 our 91 new build apartment development at the prestigious SA1 development.

Both brochures carried the same theme of using 3D imaging to show each individual apartment and position within the development itself which was a major talking point and selling feature in affiliation to purchasers as they could see how the kitchens, bathrooms and furniture would look – a major asset.
