Tynrhyd Retreat | The 3D Property Walkthrough

Nestled in 13 acres of private grounds, Tynrhyd Retreat is a stylish and contemporary barn complex set in the scenic village of Devil’s Bridge, 10 miles from the seaside resort of Aberystwyth. Previously a working farm and part of the historic Hafod Estate, The Retreat’s spacious rooms boast wonderful views across the Cambrian countryside providing the perfect “away-from-it-all” peacefulness that everyone dreams of but still being easily accessible at the same time.

Over the past seven years, Tynrhyd’s owners Gareth and Sian Price have been planning and project managing the first stage of their development. The light and airy 5* accommodation is set out over two floors, with double height ceilings, Welsh oak beams and floors, and cosy wood burners. There is also a games room with an American pool table, cinema suite, Internet access, ample parking for cars and coaches, and pet dogs are welcome too! The fun continues outside, with a full-size rugby/football pitch and a ten-person hot tub.

Now fully open and established as the perfect location for family/group holidays, reunions, special occasions and residential courses, Gareth and Sian have embarked on phase 2 of their project : A state-of-the-art amenity centre, ideal for activities such as well-being retreats, yoga, fitness classes and training, gym, performance, workshops such as creative art, photography, and completely accessible. This new venue will offer plenty of space for wedding receptions and celebrations of all kinds, surrounded by wonderful countryside and privacy.

Gareth & Sian have turned to Crowdfunding for support to hopefully bring this creative project to life via Kickstarter and asked iCreate to help them develop a 3D walkthrough to help potential investors visualise the project. You can see their plans including the 3D walkthrough here.
