How We Work Together
Every project is a partnership. The six points below explain how we collaborate, how to give us feedback that gets the best results, and what you can expect from us at each stage - so there are no surprises along the way.
We work best when feedback is clear and consolidated. Please try to send one combined set of comments per revision round, from all stakeholders where possible. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard, with additional rounds available if required.

We treat every development as if it were our own and aim to be a true extension of your team. If anything in this guide raises a question, or you simply want to chat about your project, your dedicated project coordinator is always your first port of call.
Have a question about working with us, or feedback on how we can do better? We are always happy to hear from you - and we mean that. Get in touch with the studio any time.
Thank you again for partnering with us. We can’t wait to get started and create something excellent together!

Frequently Asked Questions
Two rounds of revisions are included as standard with every project. If you need additional rounds, we can provide them - just let your project coordinator know and we will confirm any cost or timeline impact up front.
Annotated PDFs or numbered screenshots work best. Number each comment clearly and highlight your priorities - what is most important to address first. Consolidating feedback from all stakeholders into one combined set per round really helps us deliver the strongest results.
We acknowledge your feedback within one working day. This is your confirmation that it has landed safely and is in the queue. We will also let you know if anything needs clarifying before we begin work on the revisions.
Revised visuals are typically delivered within three to five working days. Larger or more complex projects may need a little longer - if that is the case, your coordinator will let you know up front so you have full visibility on timings.
For day-to-day project queries and feedback, your dedicated project coordinator is always your first point of contact. For commercial or contract questions, please speak to Kyle or Lisa. For strategic decisions about scope or direction, Kyle or Jake will be happy to help.
Yes - we will send you a clear timeline at the very start of the project so you know exactly what is happening and when. The timeline covers each key milestone, from concept through to final delivery.
Please let us know as early as possible. We will rework the timeline together and let you know how the change affects delivery. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to keep your project on track without any compromise on quality.
Three simple things make a huge difference: share reference images, mood boards and inspiration early on; write briefs that are as clear and specific as you can; and never hesitate to ask questions. We love collaboration - the more we understand what you want to achieve, the better the visuals will be. You can also explore our case studies for examples of work we are particularly proud of.
