3D Animation For The Slate Conference & Event Venue

Our client brief was to provide a complete and compelling vision of The Slate, Warwick Conferences new conference and event venue, showcasing the flexibility and potential of the space available. In the absence of any available photography which would demonstrate the flexibility of The Slate, the challenge was to make it more attractive to potential customers by visualising for them how well the venue would work for different types of events, e.g. dinners, meetings, lectures, exhibitions and new car launches.

Being a brand new facility which offers extremely flexible layout options, the team at iCreate produced a highly detailed 3D flyaround animation showcasing the venue from being a blank space right through a range of set up options thereby demonstrating the suitability of The Slate for a wide range of event types. To make the visuals interesting and engaging, the team animated furniture and walls to show the transition between the different set-up options. The transition from day to night was also introduced as a way of highlighting the different ambiance of the venue for evening events.
