iCreate was commissioned to provide a new website, a full marketing brochure, front and rear house type CGIs, an external fly through animation and interior walkthroughs of two house types. These visuals assisted in communicating the benefits of living in a high-value home, in a sought after area, with unbeatable sea views. A key challenge was to demonstrate how the houses would be built into a steeply sloping site - something which was difficult even for the developer to envision clearly. By working through some of the technical challenges at an early stage, showing the use of retaining walls throughout the site, and visualising the new homes in the context of their location, we were able to present a fully resolved vision of the completed development - a much more effective communication tool than a set of architectural drawings and a complex site plan.
