We produced a set of high-quality external CGIs and a powerful aerial drone montage for Riverside Holborn, a major new riverside development in South Shields. The visuals were created to help market the new phase of family homes, clearly showing their location at the mouth of the River Tyne and the significant regeneration taking place along the waterfront.
The Project
Riverside Holborn is a key part of the wider regeneration of South Shields riverside. Developed by Keepmoat Homes in partnership with Cussins, the scheme is delivering high-quality new homes with direct views over the River Tyne.
The location - right at the mouth of the Tyne - gives the development a unique waterside setting that needed to be properly communicated to buyers.
