Our client, Hafod Housing, required a selection of photomontages to support their planning application. The abandoned Sixth Form school in Cowbridge is an important structure to the local community, so visuals were paramount to ease the public’s concerns. We produced a selection of highly-realistic photomontages that clearly demonstrated the proposed scheme in context. An aerial CGI was also created to support the photomontages, showing the development in its entirety. Our visuals were used in Hafod’s planning submission to showcase the proposed effect on the surrounding area.
